By ordering, you are agreeing and are bound to follow my terms of serviceI reserve the right to decline any commission or cancel at any time, with a full or partial refund given for the progress that has been made.I do not do refunds unless the reasons stated above or emergencies regarding the clientI will not begin your commission until I can confirm payment has been made. Orders of payment not sent within 48 hours will be canceled.Payment will be accepted via PayPal, Kofi, or Cash App. Please be aware that before buying with PayPal or Kofi, you pay an extra $3 feeYou have the right to request updates on your commission. Please do not send spam requests every few days. Repetition of the update request may result in an order cancellation.Five slots per month, I’ll do my best to deliver your commission within the month, maybe first or maybe last, so be prepared to wait up to 30-31 days for your piece to be ready.I have all right to my artwork. If my artwork is being used for material gain, it is not allowed at all unless talked about. You have all right as a customer to your character, I have all right as an artist to my artwork.Lastly but not least, payment is always upfront. I will not start any commissions, sketches, or drawings without not paid upfront and details given about the commission.Payment processYou have 48 hours to send the payment. You'll have a Cash App link sent to you or an invoice via PayPal or Kofi.I only accept USD. Please note that the fee is $3 extra if you’re using PayPal or Kofi.Once payment has been received, you will no longer be pending.Usage rightsYou may use your commission for any personal use, such as profile icon, forums signature, page decoration, and so on.You MAY NOT use your personal commission for any commercial purposes to produce merchandise or any means to make a profit. Unless we talk about it with commercial pricing.You may re-post the artwork you have ordered with proper credit or a link back to my Instagram/Twitter, deviantart, depending on where you’re reposting.You are not allowed to alter the image in any way or remove any watermarks or feed through AIYou were not allowed to take credit for the drawing in any way or retrace it.I hold the rights to any commissioned images and may use them when promoting my commissions.AlterationsPlease state if you would like me to Eyedrop the colors exactly.I will send you an APPROVAL SKETCH of your Commission before sending in the full piece. The objective of the sketch is to show you the rough look of your commission. This is the time for you to request changes free of charge. Any changes requested after the sketch has been approved will be charged a 5% fee per change.After sketch approval, I will not make major changes (pose entire outfits, etc.)The only free-of-charge changes you can request after sketch approval are color ones, but keep it minimal.I will not be responsible for making changes if you have an unclear, blurry reference. Please ensure your references are of good quality before ordering png, jpg or a Toyhouse link.I the Artist has the right to change my term of service without prior warning it is your responsibility to re-read my TOS each time you order to ensure you have read the updated version and avoid cancellation.
